As guests make their way inside, you are greeted by a large game room area with a pool table and foosball table. As you make your way to the 2nd floor, guests will find plentiful space for entertaining and accommodating large gatherings, letting the whole family enjoy meals, movies, and game time together. You will find the expansive open concept living space set before a wall of windows inviting you to soak in the sprawling ocean views. A decorative fireplace, massive flat-screen TV and a comfortable leather sectional sofa surround a cozy conversation area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities one could ask for including, stainless steel appliances, built-in ice maker, double sinks, and panoramic scenery for gourmet inspiration - cooking for your group will be a breeze. The breakfast bar has seating for 6, and the large dining table has seating for 12, plus an additional sitting area with a table can accommodate 4. Guests will enjoy soaking in the sun on the spacious deck relaxing in the ocean breeze, salt air, and private hot tub. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. One has a queen size bed, TV, and attached bathroom. The other is located off the living room and has a daybed with trundle, TV, Mr. Pac-Man arcade game, and attached half bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, guests will have their choice of four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two bunk rooms - one has two twin over twin bunk beds and the other has one twin over twin and one twin over full bunk bed, both with TVs and ensuite bathrooms. There are two ocean front bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the oceanfront deck.

The 4th floor of the house encompasses the Master Retreat which overlooks the ocean. It has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub, separate shower, his/her sinks, walk-in closet, wet bar with separate beverage fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and private ocean front balcony. Down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. There is one pack n play available for guest use. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. This home is not pet friendly.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival.
