However, our guest services team is available 24 hours a day to assist should any concerns arise during your visit so that the local staff can help troubleshoot the modem. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that you experienced difficulties with hot water since it ran out after a few guests consumed it. Please note that we will investigate this issue further to ensure future guests don’t have a similar experience. Lastly, we apologize that the home is not equipped with an iron or ironing board.
