New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Bring your boat and enjoy this second-row, three-bedroom, three-bath home located close to everything. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and the second floor has two single beds in the first bedroom and a queen in the second. Captain's Landing includes central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, and a cable TV. Other amenities include two covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the house, a floating dock on the canal, and good beach access.

Clean and comfortable

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made our trip perfect. Comfortable beds and cozy living room. Large dining area was perfect. Great location and close to beach access.

Great Location

This home is located on a canal and easy access to the beach. The place is clean and roomy. Does need some updating of carpet, especially on the stairs. But, will definitely rent again.

Nice Place

Loved this home. Close proximity to beach access. Very roomy home with all the necessities. Enjoyed canal views as well. Front porch is so nice with rocking chairs to sit and relax. Will book this rental again.

Fairly nice home, needs some updates

We enjoyed our stay here, but felt the home is in need of some updates, like some new carpet in places, new hardware in the outdoor shower etc. I'm sure its difficult keeping a rental place looking new in the salt air, but that's the challenge. A 10-digit code was needed for the entry door and that seemed a bit much. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and clean. I'd maybe give 3.5 if i could.

404 holden beach

The house is in desperate need of repairs. The front railing going up the steps came apart at the top. Someone had to come out and fix it, even after it looked like it had been repaired before. Almost fell going up the steps. The carpet in the house was so so dirty that you certainly didn't walk barefoot. We did enjoy the view from the back of the house and the closeness to get to beach access.

Outdated house

First three nights I was hunting cockroaches in the kitchen and the dining room.Sectional in the living room is coming apart (you can’t sit without surface coming off the sofa and getting all over you).House was reasonably cleaned by the staff prior to entering.It needs a little bit of love and it would be great!

Beware!

This house was not properly cleaned properly before we arrived. Live and dead roaches were found during our stay which made for a horrible feeling the entire time. We did report this and was told they sprayed on Saturday, the day we arrived. Vacasa did handle this appropriately and offered to re-spray and send a cleaning crew to declare everything. The carpets in the house were absolutely disgusting, no good cookware-we ate out after finding roaches in the kitchen anyways- the outside of the home is also in need of some TLC. The house has plenty of space and potential but definitely not as clean or maintained as listed. I would not stay in this home again.
