Make memories to last a lifetime at this incredible oceanfront home. Take in the sweeping vistas of the beach from one of two furnished ocean-view decks. Or take the steps down to directly access the sand.

This multi-level retreat has a private elevator that makes it easy to access all the floors of your home - perfect for unloading luggage.

Find four well-appointed bedrooms on the lower level, each with a TV. Two bedrooms on this floor offer direct access to the lower ocean-view deck.

The common areas and primary suite are all located upstairs. Unwind into vacation mode in the sun-kissed living area, which features ample seating, ocean views, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area offers ocean views that rival any oceanfront restaurant. There's also a picnic table on the upper deck for dining alfresco.

Luxury awaits in the primary suite, which boasts an office nook, TV, and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Perfect Location

The house being right on the beach overrode the small things that could’ve been improved inside the home! It is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation but there is definitely room for improvement throughout the home! It could’ve been cleaner and it is due for upgrades but that didn’t affect our stay overall.

An absolutely beautiful experience!

My family, and I had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and clean! Each room provided space for multiple families to fellowship but also had privacy we needed! My favorite part was the amount of space as well as the porches on the top and second floor. I would recommend this property Time and time again!

Great Location....House needs some TLC

The location was perfect. Waking up to sunrises and the ocean were exactly what we wanted! For the price...there needs to be some updates to furniture and the kitchen supplies. A couple of items that could be added to the property descriptions is that the coffee machine requires the brown V-shaped filters, linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. The decking of the property was not a problem, but it is different that what is on the listing due to over wash.

Great house but it needs some love

Beach access was perfect. House was clean. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we cooked every meal. ALL the mattresses need replacing. The sofa is comfy but dirty/stained. The dryer was broken and the repairman said it has to be replaced, so we had no dryer for the entire week.

Shore is Great review

Location and size of this house are really nice but this house is run down and needs some updating. Mattresses, couch, chairs and dining room table are worn out and need to be replaced. Stair carpet and elevator carpet are very dirty and stained. The house doesn’t have many kitchen amenities or cookware items either. And it seems like it hasn’t had a fresh coat of paint in a while. With a little love and care, this could be a great house!

Beautiful location, outdated house

The location of this house is absolutely stunning. It was breathtaking sitting on the deck watching the ocean, and it’s right on the beach with not many stairs to the sand. The house itself needs a lot of fixing, it’s a great size for large families but just very outdated. Needs new beds, there’s mold on the ceiling bathroom, the jacuzzi in the master suite had tiles missing, the shower rods were rusted, toilets weren’t cleaned, the kitchen doesn’t have all the necessities, the decks are falling apart with nails sticking out, the house was infested with aunts even in the bedrooms, there was missing blinds in all the rooms, the sliding door handle broke off and wasn’t replaced until the next day and was installed wrong, and the list can go on. The house would be perfect because of the size and location only if the house was repaired and cleaned properly.

Find another house

When we first arrived the house appeared to be clean although it smelled like fried fish. The smell lingered into the second day. After going over the house, we discovered the HVAC return filters were clogged with dust so we replaced those. The ceiling fans were covered in dust, the tile by the back door on the second floor was cracked, a light fixture in the ceiling in one bedroom was hanging down, and there was damage in multiple rooms. I messaged the company and have been waiting for a response for a week now so find yourself another house if you can. For the fees they charge, the house should be kept up better than it is.

Never Again!

Do not be fooled! I have stayed in several oceanfront homes on this beach over the years. This one was the most expensive one and the most disappointing one.-“furnished decks” Literally 2 deck chairs on the upper deck and an awkward picnic table that was not conducive to comfortable al fresco dining. The lower deck was furnished with 2 plastic Adirodack chairs. When sitting in these chairs you are sitting so low that you can not see over the railing. -“well appointed bedrooms” I had to purchase a pillow topper after the first night as the bed felt like a cardboard box. Not to mention every time you moved the bed squeaked beyond considerably. Lower-level bedrooms were arranged for one nightstand per room. Also, you could not open the curtains without the whole rod coming apart.-“fully equipped kitchen” One oven mitt. Two dishtowels. Not enough coffee mugs. Hole in the ceiling above the sink. The lower-level backdoor had to opened and shut with the full force of a grown man. You will wake up the whole house and the neighbors if you choose to use this door.Not a single beach toy was on the premises.As I look through the comments now, I am noticing that these complaints have been going on since 2021. Clearly the owners and management company do not care about your beach experience, just care about collecting your money! Shame on them!
