New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy Intracoastal living at this beautiful waterfront home. Bring your boat and tie off at your private boat dock right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Play fun yard games on the sprawling lawn or watch the boats go by while relaxing on the furnished, screened porch. Enjoy two ground-level bedrooms and two upstairs rooms; each room has access to an en suite bathroom. The spacious layout features a coveted open design with a large center island in the kitchen and a well-appointed living room. Extras include central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and a DVD player.

Great location & plenty of room!

Lovely view of the ICW and an easy walk to public beach access! Plenty of room for eight people to enjoy each other’s company without living on top of each other.

Sweet Trade trip 2

The house itself is in a great location. Being on the end means very little traffic. The dock is great for fishing and just watching the boats pass in the intercoastal waterway. It's also just a short drive from the island point which makes for a great day on the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

Two opinions

Loved the house layout and location but the furniture was not good inside or out. It was not cleaned well before we got there. Kitchen is well stocked.
