LIVING AREA - Each of the two units features a spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING - Both units feature a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including an array of appliances (except a dishwasher). When it's time to eat, each unit accommodates three at the kitchen bar.
BED & BATH - This two-unit rental sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in each. Both units offer a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a closet to store and hang your things. Each unit is fitted with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The two units are connected inside with double doors for convienent cross over access. The doors provide togetherness and seperation for children and friends; each door has a separate lock for privacy.
OUTDOOR AREA - Enjoy amazing views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from the private balconies. Simply walk across the street, stroll along River Walk to get a up close and relaxed view of the Cape Fear.

These units are located on the second floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION - This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day at the shore, travel is about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
