The property is beautiful and in a central location close to all things you would want to do in downtown Wilmington. Very clean! My constructive criticism would be more towels and washcloths for stays that are multiple days as there is no washer and dryer. At this price point customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for the basics. One towel and washcloth per guest is simply not good service (would be ok if you had access to laundry). Also (constructive criticism) we weren’t able to check in as the door code didn’t work. We recognize things happen but waiting over an hour was a little excessive. We had dinner reservations that I had to attend coming straight from the beach because we didn’t have access to the unit not to mention we had unloaded (at the street) and had to reload because we couldnt get in. Again, we recognize things happen, but a quicker remedy in this instance should be priority. With this being a fairly new property on the market, I just would like to add that it would be great if the living space had maybe an additional loveseat. The unit sleeps six, but there is only seating for five (one couch and 2 chairs) in the living space. The living space is enormous, so it could definitely accommodate the extra seating.All this to say, we enjoyed our stay and the management team was quick in their responses which we appreciated. Everything I stated above was not meant to be a complaint but more as advice to help an already amazing property be its best.
