Prepare tasty tropical dishes amongst the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances. Or, head to the shared pool for an invigorating dip in turquoise waters.

Modern conveniences included that will make your stay a success include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Head out to the docks for an afternoon of fishing. Within 20 miles of your retreat, enjoy exploring the Museum of Coastal Carolina, The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Center, Sunset Beach Town Park, Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, Bird Island Reserve, and the Holden Beach Pavilion.

Things to Know
Please note that the small bedroom with a twin bed is located near the primary bedroom. Although compact, it meets all the necessary rental codes for a bedroom.

The place was perfect. Clean and a very short walk to the beach. The thermostat randomly changing to 75 was a little annoying for someone who likes to keep it about 70-72, but that's minor.

Very nice place to visit.

Everything worked perfectly. This is a very comfortable place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was like home away from home. We loved the location and the extra amenities that came with the rental like the umbrella, beach wagon, and chairs. I would recommend this place to any couple or a couple with one small child.

Perfect place for a family of 3

We loved staying here! It was just the right size for my husband, me, and our 5 year old. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pond and marsh were a very nice bonus - lots of turtles and birds. The area is very quiet but only a few minute walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and buckets/shovels in the storage closet, and having access to the community pool was great. The second bedroom is very small (perfectly fine for a child!) with no windows, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight because it is very dark at night. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
