we really enjoyed our stay. It was a quick trip and we would have loved to stay a few more days. Condo was super convenient to the beach access and the pool was refreshing. Condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The only pieces of advice I would give is to look at the amount of time people are actually there. We were only there for 2 nights. At least leave 2 rolls of toilet paper for your guests. Other than a few minor things that would've been convenient things to have in the place, we enjoyed our stay and the area.

The place was perfect. Clean and a very short walk to the beach. The thermostat randomly changing to 75 was a little annoying for someone who likes to keep it about 70-72, but that's minor.

Very nice place to visit.

Everything worked perfectly. This is a very comfortable place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was like home away from home. We loved the location and the extra amenities that came with the rental like the umbrella, beach wagon, and chairs. I would recommend this place to any couple or a couple with one small child.

Perfect place for a family of 3

We loved staying here! It was just the right size for my husband, me, and our 5 year old. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pond and marsh were a very nice bonus - lots of turtles and birds. The area is very quiet but only a few minute walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and buckets/shovels in the storage closet, and having access to the community pool was great. The second bedroom is very small (perfectly fine for a child!) with no windows, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight because it is very dark at night. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Nice place except for the saggy bed.

The saggy mattress made for less than optimal sleep.
