The sunlit living room is perfect for gathering or watching your favorite TV show, featuring wood-beam ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the beach. A bonus TV area includes a kitchenette and offers more space for your group to spread out. Perch at the kitchen island while the chef of the group creates recipes in the full kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table or step outside and dine alfresco on the ocean-view deck. A washer/dryer and central air-conditioning add convenience and comfort during your stay.

Wedding accommodation!

My husband and I and our adult children stayed in the main part of the house. The in-law suite was perfect my brother and his family. We loved the nice big deck and the ocean view just a few steps from the beach!

Comfortable spacious house

This is a great house for a family. It is easy for the kids to get to the beach. The house has lots of room and a private apartment. The furnishings are comfortable and the outside space has both sun and shade with lots of seating.

Good for a family vacation

Multiple bedrooms and three full baths plus one 1/2 bath. Direct access to the beach was fantastic for the our group. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pots and pans, mixing bowls, plates and utensils. The only downside - besides the plumbing issue- was the corner bedroom which gets the most sun, was consistently significantly warmer and uncomfortable.

This is “Old OIB” at its best! True beach house, amazing views, wonderful space, incredible access to beach. Please don’t spread the word on how much we enjoyed this week! Or we won’t be able to get a reservation! Wonderful local host Patti!

Outstanding Place

Really nice house, good kitchen. We were surprised to have sheets and towels already there and I had rented sheets from another company. But check in and check out were great and Vicasa/VRBO could not have been better. Check out was a breeze!
