New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Come explore coastal North Carolina at this water-view Southport condo! Sitting in front of the St James Marina, endless views of passing boaters will be visible from the home's balcony. When you aren't dining in with a view, walk over to Beacon 315, a waterfront restaurant with a tropical bar. The marina also has shopping, a pharmacy, and the marina ship store.

This is a fully gated community complete with miles of walking and biking trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with restaurants and shops, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips.

In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where they can visit the beach using a private entrance. The beach club includes a saltwater pool, changing areas, bathrooms, and a covered deck with tables to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. There are foot showers and a walking path for an easy transition from beach to beach club.

Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded barbecue area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.

Nearby, you can explore Long Beach, Skydive Coastal Carolinas, Oak Island Pier, and the area's numerous restaurants and shops.

Sunny and spacious, the interior of your home away from home boasts all of the amenities you love to have while on vacation. Ideal for an extended family stay, the condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a small kitchenette off of one of the bedrooms.

The living room's seating and smart TV lend themselves to cozy viewings with your loved ones, whereas the large dining table is perfect for family-style meals! Nautical charm flows effortlessly through each of the bedrooms. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to a large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also has direct access to one of the balconies. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the marvelous amenities at your fingertips!

As the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues begin to fill the sky, head outside and cheer to a vacation well-booked!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had all the necessities one would need for a stay. The view of the marina is top notch. I would highly recommend renting this unit if your travels bring you to the area.

Condo was great. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything was as pictured and described. We did not use the amenities as we were there to read and rest, not doing the touristy stuff.

The stay was great but a map from guard house to property would have been nice. Also no signs saying Mystic Marina which didn’t help. You need to spray for bugs!!In a while we enjoyed our stay.

Great, comfortable stay. Check-in was automated with instructions. Would have been nice to have a POC for quick questions about the unit, but otherwise outstanding.

Amazing getaway

This condo was perfect for our waterway trip. We rented a slip in the marina and walked to the condo. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. we spent each morning and evening sitting on the screened porch enjoying the view!

We enjoyed our quick trip to Mystic Marina. We appreciated having some dishwasher pods and washing machine pods available for our use. Came in handy! Loved sitting on the back patio with the marina for a view. Great spot. We would come back.

Everything was great. Only a few things. Toilet underneat where the water come out when flushing need a better clean. Tvs too small and the one mounted on the main room was too low. Everything else was great.
