Location can't get any better. 4 miles from the beach of Oak island, one mile from the famous Southport Ferry. The upgraded, costal historic Condo is in the heart of town, where all the best restaurants, shops, and live entertainment, yet you still feel and see the view of the deep blue water.
Let's not forget the private rear courtyard with in-ground pool! You have so much privacy in the pool, and no one else will share it with you.
Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, the master bath has a jacuzzi tube for your evening relaxation. Balcony overlooking the main street in Southport. Also you can see the blue water from the FRONT PORCH.
Our stock up fridge of all the goodies, will make you feel just right at home. Fresh linen, fresh towels. Truly a luxury feel and Southern hospitality.
Centrally located between Wilmington and Myrtle beach, Vacation can't get any better.

Our stay was perfect. This is the heart and pulse of Southport. Walking distance to Fishy Fishy, Provisions, and countless other staples of the area. My favorite the swings by Oliver’s!!! Trust me…This is where to stay!!!!

Location, location!! We loved being able to walk to everything. Spacious attractive condo, well stocked kitchen. The shower in the jacuzzi bath was not the best but the other shower was great! Definitely want to come when the pool is open.

Great spot in Southport!My wife and I took our first trip down from Raleigh to check out Southport, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location—everything you need, from shops to restaurants, is just a short walk away. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and ending our nights with drinks out on the porch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, no stress at all. Definitely a 10/10 spot if you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back getaway.

An exceptional spot to stay if downtown Southport is on your list of places to visit and you wanna walk to everything. The unit is as described. It is a second floor with steps. That would be my only concern if steps were a problem. The balcony was fabulous. It had a small gas fire pit, which set the mood and provided a little warmth. You can see to the water and watch boat traffic all day and night if it decides to come by.The facilities were everything you would hope to find laundry plenty of stocked provisions bed slept well, my wife and I enjoyed it immensely and would go back the next time business takes us to Southport.

EXCELLENT location. Easy walking restaurants, and shops. Very clean. Key pad entry was troublesome. May just need a battery. Advertised with a pool but it was covered. That was disappointing as it was hot.

This is a great place to stay. Check in was super easy and the apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great location in Southport. We've previously stayed closer to the Marina, but really liked the centrality of this location, as well as the private pool. Another great feature was that you don't have neighbors next to you except businesses, so I wasn't worried about my early-riser child waking up people trying to sleep in on their vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. Parking was extremely easy. We will be back next year!

Relaxing Stay

So great to relax on the balcony and off in the distance you can see the Cape Fear River. Walking distance to everything that Southport has to offer and you will love the cleanliness.

We had a wonderful experience staying here so much to do and see a quaint & relaxing place plenty of all necessities you would need Feels like home one of the cleanest places we have stayed and the pool was clean and very relaxing the pool man came 3 times while we were there the place is very well maintained I would recommend staying here💯

First time to Southport

Location of the condo is perfect! Can walk most anywhere, beautiful historic homes, loved the bells from the Episcopal Church! Condo is very spacious, great layout. The balcony is very nice, there was no propane in the fire table however. Would have loved to sit beside the fire as the evenings were pretty chilly! Had brunch at Oliver's on our way out of town. Great views! Will stay here again!

Perfect!

This place had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway! We parked upon arrival and didn’t get back in the car until we left. Such a convenient place to shopping and restaurants. Very clean, excellent wifi connection. We will definitely be looking to come back! Highly recommend!
