A golfers paradise, this pond-view end unit overlooks the seventh hole of the Piper Golf Course. You'll love the top-floor setting (with no neighbors above) and easy access to eight area golf courses. Highlights of the 3BR/2BA interior include a plush primary suite and a sparkling full kitchen. Dine alfresco with a view on the scenic screened porch. As part of the Sunset Village community, you'll enjoy access to seasonal outdoor pools and a hot tub. Surrounded by world-class golf courses, this peaceful location is also under 15 minutes from the beach.

LIVING AREA

Vaulted ceilings highlight the open living area, a stylish open space complete with a flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, configured with ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. The dining table seats seven to home-cooked meals.

BED & BATH

This condo accommodates six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a queen bed, direct porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Both equipped with a flat-screen TV, one guest bedroom holds a twin and full-size bed, while the other has two twin beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip after-dinner drinks on your private screened balcony, featuring lovely pond and golf course views.

Sunset Village shared amenities include a hot tub and two outdoor pools (open spring to fall).

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Unassigned lot parking is allowable for three vehicles in front of your building.

This unit is located on the top floor (with no neighbors above). Elevators are not available.

We enjoyed this home very much. It was decorated with very comfortable bedding which in my opinion is very important! Very cozy and spacious. Great location between Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach and Calabash.

Beach getaway

Rental was very nice and the process was simple. Would recommend looking into the water pressure as it was quite low during our stay. Condo is decorated beautifully!

We’ve experienced a different setting too many times upon arrival of a rental. This one looked just like the pictures. Nice condo. Nicely decorated. Convenient to Sandpiper course, which was in great condition, and less than 15 minutes to beach.

Beautiful home

Our stay this week was wonderful. The house was very clean and decor was up to date. Plenty of room for my SO and all 4 of our children. The kids got to see an alligator off the screened in back porch and was the highlight of their trip! The pool was great as well! Only thing I’d change is if coming with small children (ours are 3, 4, 5, and 9), staying closer to the beach would be less hectic with pack up. However, if it’s just you and your spouse or older children, it’s the perfect place! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!!

To no fault of the owner …. The laundry from the previous guests sat on the porch during my entire stay. I had to wait two days to get access to the pool. I had to purchase my own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel. I would not go through vacasa again.

Awesome stay!!!

The pictures do this place no justice! It’s more beautiful in person. Decorated beautifully! The condo was very clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It was very easy checking in and checking out with keyless entry. The vacation property team were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We enjoy cooking meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans, they even had a nice variety of tubberware for leftovers. We also loved the screened in balcony with a water view! We got to see alligators a couple of times from our balcony and the kids and I enjoyed being able to see wildlife! The community is safe and very well kept up. The kids enjoyed the two pools and hot tub during our stay! The sunsets are beautiful here and it’s a 10 min or less drive to the beach. We are looking forward to coming back to this location! Very relaxing and really enjoyed the clean and beautiful space.
