**No Cleaning Fee**
Beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo with a spectacular view, including a fully screened-in balcony, overlooking a pond w/fountain. Located in the beautiful Sandpiper Bay community, this 2nd floor condo features 1 queen size bed in the Master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding door access to the screened porch. The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs with YouTube TV for Live TV streaming, along with fast Wi-Fi Internet access for all of your entertainment and streaming needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs, including a Keurig Duo, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. We have a full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and a starter pack of detergent available. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied upon arrival. Linens included are sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. The camera is located by the door facing out toward the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion.

The swimming pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, along with the tennis courts.

Nice condo!

We have stayed in sandpiper bay for years and this was one of our favorite condos! The owners were easy to communicate with and very nice. The condo was clean and organized with all the essentials. The condo is right by the pool and the dumpster making it easy to walk to both.

Wonderful location for a beach getaway!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect and we really fell in love with the whole area. The condo was clean, super cute and spacious, and very peaceful. A Great Week

Fantastic Place!!! Beach theme decor is super nice, very clean, open floorplan is really spacious with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. This place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Great family getaway

This property is beautiful and located in such a great area. We were far enough to relax but close enough to everything to have a ton of fun. The pool was great, the beach is gorgeous! Lots of great places to eat and shop. Condo owners were great to rent from! The pictures of the place were great but the Condo is even more beautiful in person! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great Place

Fall Beach Getaway...

The condo is awesome and provided everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. The check in process was easy and Justin was immediately responsive to a simple question I had. It was perfect for my family of 4 and beach access was quick and easy. We will definitely seek this host for our next trip to the area!!

Definitely an enjoyable stay!

Excellent communication from beginning to end. The unit was clean, spacious and visibly well cared for. Nice amenities and no maintenance issues at all. Beautiful screened porch and view in a nice, safe neighborhood. Definitely an enjoyable stay!

Can’t wait to go back!

This was easily the best vacation I’ve ever had. The condo was gorgeous, and everything was just perfect. The owners thought of everything! It’s just a short drive to the beach, shopping and some amazing restaurants. It was our first time there, and we can’t to go back!

Peaceful stay!

The property was just as it was described. Few residents in the building was a bonus. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed for our meals. The pool access was great being just across the street. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the condo. Everything was in good working order and clean.

Renting for a golf get away with friends was a very comfortable. The only issue was we went to use the pool/ hot tub and the hot tub was cold. The condo is in a great location near lots of golf. Very affordable, I would certainly rent again.
