Wonderful winter getaway

The place was absolutely perfect for our family get away with our pups. The location is great with beautiful beach views. Everything is cozy and comfortable. The new part of the desk is so nice but the rest of the walkway needs some work. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back again.

Would Rent Again

We thought the house was great! Obviously a little outdated, could definitely use a few updates in the bathrooms, and some sort of hard surface flooring. The house was clean when we arrived (except the stained carpet) appliances worked, location was excellent, comfortable furniture, mattresses were not old, and the kitchen was decently stocked. Would rent this place again.

Overall, the experience was great. A nice place which is close to the beach. Pet friendly was noteworthy. Some concerns with sliding doors— one room had a door without a handle and we had to stuff a cloth in the exposed hole to prevent wind. Carpet showed pet stains of previous renters’ pets. - Still enjoyed the stay at the rental property. -Thanks for contacting us on process of checking IN and OUT. This survey is also good. We must be honest. Repeat, overall, the stay was very enjoyable.

Disappointing condo

This is the perfect location but the condo is not being maintained. The sliding doors don’t lock properly, the blinds don’t adjust, the carpet is stained, there is new decking after storm damage but it is not up to correct standards for rail spacing. I think for the rate they could do better.

It Had What We Needed But.....

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would consider renting it again, but the home could use some attention. The good: The location is good. The home is generally clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are clean and comfortable. The not so good: The home needs some attention: There are no drawer pulls on the kitchen drawers which is really annoying. The downstairs toilet doesn't always shut off, most of the folding closet doors don't function properly and the vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors don't have handles to slide them open and they don't slide the way the should. Those are all little things that are just annoying but could be easily fixed. The bigger issue for me is the downstairs carpet. I understand this is a pet friendly rental so I don't expect the carpet to be perfectly spotless, but the carpet downstairs is beyond nasty and worn out and desperately needs to be replaced. Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with some TLC this place could really be great.

Oceanfront duplex review

Even if this is a dog friendly home, it needs updated. Carpet very dirty. One TV didn't work (property management replaced while we were there). Coffee Maker didn't work. (I purchased a new one and am supposed to be reimbursed). Cookware unusable (property management replaced while we were there). Microwave was disgusting (property management replaced while we were there). The description of the home said it included a charcoal grill. Property management cleaned, but we still did not use. A toilet would just start running randomly the entire week. Enough it would wake you up at night. Half way through the ceiling started leaking. Cleaned it up and still have no idea why the leak. A one time occurrence, but sure it's related to the toilet. This could really be a cute place with updates. Management company was easy to work with, but a lot of this should have been handled before guests arrived.
