Conveniently located less than half a mile from the nearest public beach access, this lower-level apartment is the ideal getaway for couples and solo travelers looking for a picturesque beach abode! You are surrounded by great dining options, and coffee shops and within walking distance of Middleton Park. Speaking of which, Middleton Park is the perfect place to take a lovely stroll together and it even features a splash pad. There are plenty of great charters nearby, but if you would like to cast a line firsthand, you can always head to the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, located approximately two miles away.

This budget-friendly apartment offers a well-appointed kitchenette complete with a full-size fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster plus all the cups and pots needed. The dining table for two is ideal for dining in whenever you are too tired to go out. The inviting and private bedroom provides a wonderful spot to rest and enjoy a good night's sleep with a comfortable bed. The large TV adds extra entertainment! Will Stay Here Again!

Ideal location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores. Centrally located on the island. Would not only highly recommend to others, but I plan on staying here again!

Weekend Getaway

The location was excellent for my husband and I. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants that were nearby, The BBQ House and The Break (for breakfast). Great neighborhood for walking. The room was as described and very clean. The property manager even called to check on us and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Amazing place

The place is small, but it's got everything we needed. Great location, close to everything and Oak Island is a very cool town!!! The rental is perfect for a couple, very cozy. The bed is very comfortable (on the form side). Only complaint I had was that you couldn't turn the temperature below 70, but there's a fan above the bed, so it worked out. We'd totally stay at this location again!

Property was exactly what we expected and met all our needs. Clean and well equipped. Five to 10 minute walk to beach, be careful crossing over the oak island drive, lots of traffic. Nice sitting area outside the condo.

Comfortable apartment

We were looking for a small place to stay for just a few nights. I didn’t want a hotel option, and a house would be too big. This was perfect for my husband and me. They offer a toaster and a microwave. But there’s also an electric skillet to make eggs in the morning. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby so we really didn’t need to do any cooking. It is only half a mile to walk to the beach in less than that to walk to the nature center where you can see gorgeous sunsets.

Designed for Comfort

Our family Thanksgiving getaway found us unable to find a house large enough for all of us that we could afford. My daughter and her family stayed in a house close by on Oak Island while my husband and I stayed at Sea N Re- lower. It was perfect for us. The chairs are very comfortable as well as the bed, which is top priority for me. I love that there is a standard size fridge. If you’re planning on cooking you will be disappointed as it is equipped with just a microwave, toaster, and Keurig. This place is great for couples who like to eat their main meal out.

Property was not the cleanest

Previous renter belongings left behind, hadn't been cleaned up. Found a huge roach crawling across the floor. Large trash can outside beside the main entry door was less than inviting. Stinky summer smell, flies all over it. Comfy bed, cute decorations.
