The Space:

The complex will be experiencing intermittent construction until the end of 2026 to complete necessary refurbishments to the building and amenities. There may be construction work and noise during your stay. Some amenities may be closed or temporarily unavailable for use. Pool closure from 3/6/26 and estimated to end 4/17/26. Please reach out before booking to confirm amenity availability.



Perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo excursion, this cozy condo offers all the benefits of peaceful Belleair Beach, a hidden gem of the Gulf Coast, with the convenience of all the activities of Clearwater just five minutes away!



Enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from the intimate dining area overlooking the beach. The kitchen offers everything you need for a quiet dinner or leisurely lunches when you just want to stay in. A full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and coffee maker are welcome conveniences after a busy afternoon on the town when you'd prefer to avoid the dinner rush.



Plush reclining chairs offer a relaxing spot to unwind in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy a movie with a friend on the television. There's no need to travel with bulky beach gear as this property offers complimentary beach towels and beach chairs, everything you need for an instant beachside oasis to soak in the sunshine and let the songs of the seagulls lull you into your seaside siesta.



A comfortable king bed is sure to leave you refreshed and ready for a day of sunshine and surf. And after a day of adventure, the tasteful seaside décor ensures you drift off to dreams of silky sand and salty breezes. A bedside bureau offers plenty of storage and is available in this room for your convenience. A full bath with a standalone shower and plenty of storage for personal items are adjacent.



Chateau Condominiums is an intimate complex of only 16 units and offers a sparkling pool with a tiki picnic area, lounge chairs, and direct access to the shimmering sands of Belleair Beach. The town of Belleair Beach is a little piece of paradise full of old-fashioned neighborhood charm. It is mostly known for its relaxed atmosphere on two waterfronts: The Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Take the trolley to Clearwater for endless dining and shopping options or indulge in one of the local favorites. Be sure to make time to experience the famous Clearwater Aquarium, just 15 minutes away, and Busch Gardens less than one hour's drive.

There was no host, but met a lot of people that were sooo pleasant. Thank you so much for the beautifully clean stay! The view was amazing and recliners and bed were super comfy! Very well maintained Grounds! We would definitely consider another stay!

Great location right on the beach with private access to the beach. This is a complex of 16 units in a quiet neighborhood. The other renters were from all over the US and were friendly and fun to visit with. Parking was onsite and easy. Plenty of outside areas to relax. The unit was as pictured, comfy for 2 people. Well stocked with items needed inside the unit and with items needed for the beach. Comfortable recliners. Beautiful views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets!

This is a great rental. The only issue I ad was the small tv in the Livingroom sitting on top of the refrigerator. Very dangerous. Also not having a tv in the bedroom was a big issue for me. Also, you need to invest in so air-freshener plugins. Even though the place was clean when we checked in. The room had a foul smell to it due to being closed up for several days. But it is a great location. Great size for two people. Right on the beach. Would absolutely rent this place again. Great place for price.

Perfect location

Small , but for two people just wanting to getting away it was nice , older place with only a few steps to the beach, which was not over crowded at all. Wish we had better weather ... love the area and hope to return 👍

Friendly, cozy studio with great view and proximity to the beach.

Easy to get to, free parking, and close to many restaurants and shops. Spectacular beach location in a clean, safe, area and regular returners who are very helpful and friendly. An overall nice welcoming atmosphere.
