良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Good potential just needs some better maintaining. The Good: The location, quiet area, fairly well stocked, hot tub was a perk. The not so Good: everything could of been kept up better, floors left our feet brown, cleaning the outdoor areas/furniture would go a LONG ways as most of the outdoor areas were soiled and not too inviting to use, non working bedroom fan, non working washer, poorly working dryer. There was a live mouse inside, and a roach in the jacuzzi, both took away from my comfort. No extra trash bags, remotes were impossible to figure out. Needs a good cleaning inside/out.The host replied promptly but the actions weren’t prompt enough to benefit us. With the biggest issue being we packed with laundering in mind and unfortunately the washer wasn’t repaired. The host offered a small refund that didn’t barely cover the gas and laundromat use, let alone the time we had to waste going late night to a laundromat while the family was half naked waiting up late for clothes. Another question was that wouldn’t the house keeper have known the appliances didn’t work? We’re our sheets and towels even clean?? The washers power cord was laying on top of the unit at arrival. I was up 2 hours trying to get the washer working and just ended up with soggy clothes, which didn’t dry after starting the dryer probably 6 times. I was too exhausted to deal with the host anymore, I just accepted the state of it all… we had a great time in the area but I wouldn’t recommend the unit.
