Nestled on Don Pedro Island, this delightful beachfront villa offers a wonderful retreat for guests. With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms featuring modern amenities this property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a twin bed provides extra comfort for guests. Fall in love with the Island and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
Don Pedro/Palm Island is accessed by a vehicle ferry. You can then drive your vehicle directly to this unit. Once on island you will likely opt for a golf cart as main transportation.
This island is Old Florida at its finest. With only a small general store and one restaurant, you will feel as if you are on your own private island. However, Publix Grocery store and other restaurants are only a few minutes from the Ferry. Also minutes away from World Famous Boca Grande!
Situated directly on the beach, enjoy beautiful sunsets off one of three porches. No hauling beach chairs/toys because you're already there. Pool and tennis court.
Please note pool is currently unavailable as it's undergoing construction.
