You'll find a comfortable sofa and La-Z-Boy recliner chair, coffee table, separate workspace, wireless internet and a Roku TV ready to connect to streaming services.

Kitchen
For those who like to cook, the kitchen has all appliances including: dishwasher, fridge, stove top, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, pots and pans, plates, portable food containers, and utensils.

Dining Area
A bar height dining table with two stools and two backed high chairs.

Bedroom
One bedroom with king size bed covered in comfortable and clean linens. Additional linens, towels and blankets plus ample storage. The mattress is a Helix Luxe Sunset, with GlacioTex Cooling Cover.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels. The bathroom includes a walk in shower, and seperate washer and dryer.

Patio
Outdoor dining table for four, umbrella sun shade, swing chair and market lights. There are also two single speed cruiser bikes available to use.

Please follow any posted rules around the pool areas, gym, mailboxes and other Community spaces.

Please treat our home as if it was yours, and be aware there may be items present that belong to the owners such as bathroom items, DIY items (stored in a tub with a lid), kitchen items and non-perishable foods which you are welcome to use. An initial stock of essentials will be provided but there is no further housekeeping or restocking service during the stay. Linens and towels are included in the rental, but we do not permit these to be taken from the property.

We are a no smoking home which includes e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $250 fee if this house rule is broken.

We are a pet free home. There will be a $250 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home.

We do not allow any parties of any kind. There will be a $1,000 fee if this house rule is broken.

Non-residential uses are prohibited.
