Beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ground floor condo condo in a small, gated community. Highly recommended by Cadaci Vacation Rentals guest who love the walking distance to local restaurants, and close proximity to Old Town, and Scottsdale Stadium. Enjoy relaxing by the secluded pool with hot tub and BBQ area or take advantage of Indian Bend walking trails that run just outside of the complex. Well appointed with all of the comforts of home: Washer & Dryer, 55` Smart TV in living room and 43` Smart TV in primary bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and much more. Sofa Couch in living room. The perfect Old Town Scottsdale retreat. Garage available for compact cars only. Seven day minimum stay requirement. Two bicycles with helmets and bike lock available for guest use.

House Rules:

Pets under 12` tall and weighing less than 25 lbs are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply. Service animals over 12` tall and/or over 25 lbs must provide a letter from a heath care provider stating the disablilty and need for the animal, at least 30 days prior to arrival so a variance may be obtained from the HOA.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.

We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

Loved the pool and the hot tub and also that there were two bikes to use in the garage. Everything worked as it should.The only drawback was that check out is 10:00 am. Our flight was delayed until 6 pm - so that was a bit of a problem for somewhere to store our luggage while we killed some time.

Great Spring Getaway in Scottsdale

Great property! One-half mile from Scottsdale Stadium and Continental golf course is right out the back door as well as access to an incredible park for walking and biking. Condo is nicely decorated and has two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms adjoining. So, great for a family or two couples. Old Town is an easy walk (less than a mile).

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do.. condo was as pictured. would recommend to all. Bed is master bedroom was wonderful, very firm. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Grocery store very close, within walking distance.. would return

Perfect Scottsdale place!

The condo is represented perfectly - it’s so nice! The location is great and Jim provided great instructions. We loved the pool and being so close to restaurants, grocery store and walking/biking trails. We would highly recommend! I’d call out a few minor item: kitchen has just the basics (we cooked in sometimes and had what needed - just needed to wash often); and the upstairs neighbor walks heavy (I’m sure you could chat with them about it if it impacted you).

Quiet, gated community. Parking is away from rental so luggage and groceries were a bit of a challenge. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for what we needed. Host was responsive until we booked. After that, they did not respond to our early check in request via email or on the VRBO site. When we tried to extend our stay they upped the cleaning fee and other rates making our 2nd week more expensive. When we asked about the additional fees we got some automated responses and days later when they finally responded we had already booked elsewhere.

Upscale rental in perfect location!

This is an upscale rental in an ideal location! The condo is near everything; we were able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale for dinner , walk to a Giant's game, and hike the greenbelt trail. Once upon entering the trail from the Regency gate, a passerby stopped by and said, "that's a great location, how do you get to live there?". The two bedroom condo has been recently renovated. Web site pictures are accurate. Furnishings are modern, king bed was very comfortable, master bath was spacious. The condo was very clean. The gated complex is inviting, quiet, and convenient. Check in was efficient and Jim answered all e-mails in a few hours. We had a great week -and would love to rent again-maybe longer!

Very comfortable. Perfect location. Two blocks from Oldtown Scottsdale and the Giants Ballpark. Lovely pool; spent lots of time there.

Here are a few of our thoughts: Extremely loud neighbors upstairs ! Very annoying! Awful parking situation, not sure why we couldn’t use the garage or other residents not using their garage and taking up spots. Condo didn’t have eating area table- plenty of room to add one. How about hanging a couple of TVs in the bedrooms? People generally like to have a TV in the bedroom. I thought the place was dirty- floor was filthy and parts of the bathroom ( shower floor corners) were dirty as well. We did like the patio and pool area- both very nice! Location of the complex was very nice- close to old towne which was great. Overall, there is good and bad to report. I think a few of the negatives are easy to fix. We rent in many areas of the country and see all types of rentals We thought you’d like to know.

The property and location are the best possible in Old Town Scottsdale.Condo is comfortable.Pool is terrific.Location for baseball and restaurants could not be better. Unfortunately,with the Coronavirus causing the cancellation of spring training, we were forced (not the owner's fault to leave 10 days early which dampened our vacation because of the lost expense.

Arizona getaway

We loved this condo so much we had to comeback for another stay. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need. Walking distance to Old Town, Fashion Square, multiple parks and walking trails. The heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit are well maintained and a great amenity.

South Scottsdale Experience

We very much enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. Jim was very helpful and very easy to work with. The location to Old Town couldn’t have been better and the accommodations were all we expected and more. The condo was like an oasis in busy South Scottsdale. The only potential concern could be the parking depending on how many guests are staying on the property. We would definitely come back again to this location.

Super Scottsdale Location

The property and condo were exactly as described plus some. Having been a vacation property owner myself, I can honestly say Jim thought of every detail to ensure a enjoyable stay at his property. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

The property is accurately described on the VRBO website. The manager, Jim, was easy to work with.

Nice area, and conveniently located for our purposes. It has a good floor plan with a modern décor. The description as stated on the website is accurate. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. The price and fees were as represented. We would be happy to return to this property.

Great Condo

Very clean and quiet condominium with a perfect location. The owner had great communication as far as the check-in / check-out process. I would definitely rent from this owner again. The property is very well kept.

Perfect

The condo was as described! This condo had everything, which was wonderful. Spotless. Well maintained. It was the best appointed of all the places we have (ever) stayed. The location was great. We would head out the door and walk locally. Easy drives to many hiking areas, We tried many of the local restaurants, we enjoyed them all and have a few favorites. Our next trip to Scottsdale we will definitely reserve this condo.

Great condo in Old Town

This condo is located in a quiet area just off Old Town. The condo itself is nicely designed, with split bedrooms if you need two, and well equipped. The location is handy to everything in downtown Scottsdale, and easy drives to the dining and attractions towards north Scottsdale. We stayed in off season, so we saw very people in the complex and pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and the check-in process easy with clear instructions. We definitely recommend the condo and the area.

Loved this property!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time! The condo was very clean and well furnished. We spent days at the pool and evenings out in Old Town which was just a short walk from the place. We also stayed in a few nights and had meals on the patio. Highly recommend - we will be back!
