The Space:

Full of character and charm, this historic home preserves many original details from 1923 while offering thoughtful modern updates. Step through the private entrance off the idyllic covered porch and experience a piece of Crested Butte's mining history.



Inside, a quaint, fully stocked kitchen leads into a large dining area, a cozy wood stove, and an inviting living room with a large TV. The first floor holds two guest rooms sharing a full bathroom and laundry area—a private rear bedroom with a king bed, ample natural light, and easy access to the hot tub, and a street-side guest room with a queen bed. Upstairs, two more guest rooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bath with a bathtub.



Set in the heart of Crested Butte with an oversized yard, this home offers true walkability to everywhere in town.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. This property has a cusinart, blender, electric griddle and gas grill. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



All guests much must be 25 and older to rent this house. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



There is only on street parking at this property. Renters will need to pay attention to winter parking regulations and move cars daily in winter months.

No events or parties are allowed.



This property is pet friendly. One well behaved dog is allowed-additional $150 pet fee will be charged.

"The Porch House" is located one block off of Elk Ave, which is the heart of Crested Butte and in walking distance to the free shuttle bus to the ski resort, the town parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store.
