This lovely condo is a great place to begin your Florida vacation. Its roomy layout and modern decor make for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Enjoy waterside views from the kitchen, living room, and dining area. With other amenities like a heated pool and proximity to the beach, this home has all the comforts of home in a serene setting.

Never again will I rent from a company apartment; I will make sure that I rent from an owner who cares for their property with some love. The apartment is not cared for, not decorated ( walls full of nails with nothing hanging); the furniture is old, full of scratches; the appliances are outdated and smelling of mold. The ice dispenser is broken, the smoke exhaust over the stove does not work, the trash cabinet and rails are rusty and the bin does not roll, the dryer lint piece needs to be replaced because it catches and breaks the clothes, one shower head is full of calcium deposits and has no pressure, and the ceiling paint is peeling over the bathtub. The terrace floor is moldy and full of stains. On arrival, one of the bathrooms had hair on the bathtub walls and the shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled. Pillows were especially disgusting, unwashed and full of sweat marks. One of the bedroom's closets is useless because it is full of beach toys and junk, and there are just five clothes' hangers. No one cares about this property because it belongs to nobody- the cleaning service simply does the minimum to make it look decent. Not worth what they charge per night, no matter how good the location. I can provide photos of everything I have listed.
