• Kitchen is well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking trays, cutting knife and board, bowls, dishes, glassware, utensils, kettle, can openers, measuring spoons and cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and condiments. Complimentary Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee machine; free K-pods and tea are provided.

• 3 spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds + 1 double bed total*): EACH bed comes with a 10-inch comfy mattress and two types of pillows (firm and soft) that comfortably sleeps up to two (2) adults; clean bed linens and pillows are provided. Nightstand with lamps, plenty of closet space.

• One bathroom includes a standup shower and another bathroom is shower tub combo style. Both include complimentary sustainable body wash, shampoo / conditioner. Towels and full-size Conair hair dryer is also provided. Complimentary toilet paper is included.

• In-unit washer and dryer, available during your stay

• Guests may control the thermostat and heat (hot water baseboard) in the unit.

If you’re inquiring about a furnished housing or temporary stay, please note that we generally host guests for a minimum of 3 months (91+ days).



In compliance with local regulations and to minimize calendar gaps, we typically accommodate move-ins around the 1st or 15th of each month, and move-outs between the 25th and 31st — all at our discretion.



We kindly ask prospective guests to plan around these dates and respect our scheduling limitations.

Our rates are thoughtfully set to reflect the quality, location, and value of the home for the selected period.



We’re unable to offer discounts beyond what's shown in the listing already (extended-stay and/or early booking discount applies) and inquiries requesting price adjustments will be respectfully declined.



We kindly ask guests to consider their travel plans carefully and book when the pricing and dates align with their expectations.



🚭 NO Smoking & Vaping Policy



Smoking, vaping, or the use of any substances is strictly prohibited within 25 feet of the property. This includes inside the apartment, within the building, and anywhere near the premises.



Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and the surrounding environment. If any evidence or odor of smoking or vaping is detected after checkout, a professional cleaning and odor remediation fee of at least $1,000 per occurrence will be charged to cover restoration costs. The exact amount may vary depending on severity.



🪜1) STAIRS AND PRIVATE ENTRANCE

The unit is located THREE separate flight of stairs up from the sidewalk and it's located on the 4th floor of the building. From the tree-lined street, the 1st flight is outside from the sidewalk up the stoop (front steps) to the main front door. Through the front door, guests may access the private apartment by going up TWO more flights and through the apartment's private entrance. There is NO elevator in the building. Guests booking are expected to be comfortable with the exterior stoop and interior stairs that are typical with brownstone and brick-row homes.



🧳2) LUGGAGE

Guests are genuinely encouraged to bring standard carry-on luggage or duffel bags as larger suitcases may not easily fit through the doors / stairwells. Luggage racks are provided during the stay.



🚗3) PARKING

• Paid garage parking options are available within minutes for ~$25-30 per day (e.g., 95 Columbus / 66 Columbus / 160 Morgan / 201 Morgan / Newport Centre)

• On-site parking is not available; street parking is limited and mainly for residents (requires city parking permit)

• City parking rules are strictly enforced by the City; guests are encouraged to not drive

• Public transit is recommended for guests traveling between NYC / JC



🔥4) HEAT

Temperature is controlled by a thermostat within the apartment. The heating system is central heat.



👥5) REGISTERED & PERMITTED GUESTS ONLY

In accordance with City of Jersey City rules and regulations, the guest booking the property MUST be over the age of 21 and is considered the "Primary Transient Occupant". The Primary Transient Occupant must be present and part of the group or party of person(s) occupying the apartment during the term of the booking. No one under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises of the apartment, unit, building or property UNLESS this person is accompanied by this person's legal guardian at all times. No outside visitors / guests at any time. Only registered and permitted guests are allowed up to the maximum limit of 6 person(s). No exceptions.
