The view from the Balcony is beautiful and looks northward upon both the Atlantic beach and the intercoastal waterway. We loved that we could sit in the morning and watch the sunrise or even at night and look at the city lights reflect off the water. The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of 5 and the 2 bathrooms were extremely helpful. There are 2 pools which we also enjoyed: relaxing infinity pool and a more family oriented fun pool with a water slide. Lastly access to the beach was incredible. The resort was also very nice with friendly staff, vallet , Starbucks, and a mini reception’ every afternoon. We’d def stay here again!

The unit was clean. The beach was not well attended to by Marriott. The pool area was clean with plenty of seating. It would have been good to know in advance that the 21st floor of the hotel that the unit is on was being renovated. The A/C was not on in the hallway, the hallway lighting was not functioning properly and a contractor was doing work on the unit across the hall at 11 pm on Tuesday night. The cooktop in the unit is a 2 burner cooktop. The oven is a convection oven, microwave combo unit. The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinet. It falls forward when the open is opened. The master bathroom has a campfire odor to it. I appreciate not having to strip the bedding before I left. I also appreciate the laundry detergent being supplied to start the load of towels before I checked out of the unit. The Valet service is very well run. Being able to text the valet ahead of time is great.

Amazing Vacation

My wife and I stayed with our 2 teenage grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved the beach and pools. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Pleasant time

We had a wonderful stay. The living area is a little smaller than we thought. Does not fit 4 adults very comfortably. The deck only had enough seating for two as well. The accommodations are a little dated as well.Feels like the owner could comp a day at the beach since the renters are charged for that.The bathroom showers were great. The property is great too. Great food and great service at all locations … the tiki bar, the inside bar and the pool bar. Everyone was great. The laundry in unit is a great convenience. The dryer, though, really takes a long time. Well stocked in the kitchen. We did not want for anything in that areaAll in all, we had a great time.

Condo was exactly as advertise. Love the view condo had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly, and answered all my questions.

Marriott Stay

We love this resort! This was our third stay at this resort, but first time in this condo. It was just lovely! The views are breathtaking. The only negative thing I have to say is the TV in the living room would not work for us, but the TVs in both bedrooms worked perfectly fine. This wasn’t a big deal for us, as we spent majority of our time on the move while visiting Singer Island. Still, a five star experience!!

Family Spring break in Palm Beach

Fantastic stay in Palm Beach! We took our youngest daughter (16 years) for spring break, avoiding 30A where all the other teenagers go. We did all the sites and spent plenty of time outside in the sun. One of our favorite days was renting paddle boards and coasting up and down the intercoastal, finishing at Guanabanas’s for lunch. Our favorite dinner places were The Sailfish Marina (live music, outdoor seating on the waterfront at a dock) and 1000 North (Michael Jordan’s restaurant). The Marriott was clean, updated, and had plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper to last us through 4 days. There was plenty of room and the 2 bedroom unit was well laid out. We stopped at CVS before checking in and picked up sunscreen, hand soap, and bottled waters. The resort has a fantastic breakfast buffet every morning overlooking the ocean, which then serves dinner in the evening. The coffee shop offered quick and easy grab and go. Both of the pools were fantastic and beach access is great. All the employees there are wonderful and we can’t say enough about our stay. Our room was on the 21st (top) floor so we were concerned about the elevator, but it was never a problem. When we visit Palm Beach again, we will definitely stay at the Marriott!

Great Family Vacation

Had a great week on Singer Island with my wife and daughters. Spent most of our time on the beach and snorkeling in the crystal blue water. All of the staff at the Marriott were friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, everything is high end and that amazing view!! Was exactly what we wanted!!

Dated and in need of repair

In need of basic maintenance Bedroom TVs old and small poor picture quality, 2nd bathroom faucet only hot water worked, little water pressure in master faucet. Need new faucets or cartridge. Living room lamp on off knob was broken so light did not work. Master Bedroom shade was missing the handle to open and close which made it difficult to use. Both toilets hardly, rather than posting a sign to hold flush handle for 5 seconds it is time for a new toilet. I rented this unit because it was the penthouse and the savings was not worth it at all. No flexibility on check in when place was sitting empty and I had to wait 20 minuets for the key. In the past internet was provided not something we had to be reimbursed for. This is the 5 time I have rented at singer island and through this company and never had a problem in the past. Charged a cleaning fee but told we need to call for garbage pick up. Again never had any issues in the past. I would just avoid this unit as they have kept it up to date.

Great fit for family with youngsters

Excellent spot for family with young children. Terrific views from the suite for the adults in comfortable setting, Beach and childrens' pool ideal for keeping youngsters happy. Hotel facilities provide easy access to meals, exercise, spa, etc. Bikes available for quick ride to state park, deep sea fishing marina, etc. Uniformly friendly and helpful staff. Bottom line: Everyone was happy with their stay!

Great Family Rental

This rental was great. We had all the amenities of both a private rental as well as the resort. I wish there were more rentals like this. We could easily eat in or dine out. Three options between the Lagoon pool, infinity pool, or ocean which the kids loved. The staff were friendly. The only parking is valet but it was easy to get in and out and the valet staff were fantastic. We chose the location for Cardinals Spring Training and it was a great location to vacation and relax but also has easy access to Roger Dean Stadium.
