The home offers versatile sleeping arrangements to suit families and groups of all sizes: two serene bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, the third guest room provides both a twin bunk and a single twin bed, and the living room includes a plush queen pull-out sleeper sofa.


Prepare quick snacks or hearty meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a fridge, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Central air conditioning, WiFi, and thoughtful amenities throughout ensure a relaxed, home-away-from-home stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.


This home is dog-friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
