Escape to this recently remodeled 4,000 sq ft home set on 7 acres of peaceful woods. Relax on the patio, take a dip in the private outdoor pool (open in summer), or spread out indoors across two spacious living areas — ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and flexible bedding to accommodate larger groups. Located just minutes from golf courses, lakes, trails, and the Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain area, you’ll have easy access to year‑round activities.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and Northern Michigan charm. Located in Bellaire and close to Shanty Creek Resort, the area provides year-round activities—golf, skiing, hiking, boating on Torch Lake, and relaxing by the water—while still feeling quiet and private. It’s truly the best of both worlds: a serene escape that’s surrounded by beautiful landscapes yet minutes from restaurants, wineries, and local attractions.
The neighborhood has a calm, scenic atmosphere full of towering trees, fresh air, and the natural beauty Northern Michigan is known for. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect for morning coffee on the deck or unwinding after a day of adventure.
What I enjoy most is how the whole area feels like a getaway—peaceful enough to recharge, but with endless things to do nearby. Guests can enjoy golf courses, pools, hiking trails, ski slopes, Torch Lake, the charming village of Bellaire, and Short’s Brewing Company all within a short drive.
