My name is Alberto and my wife is Brittany. I work at Enloe Health and have been in Chico for since 2017. We have both really enjoyed hosting guest at our main residence and decided buy a rental property and hopefully host many more guest in the future. I love to joke around and keep things light because when I’m at work someone’s life is in my hands. Life’s a beautiful journey and my beautiful wife and I are doing our best to live it to its fullest. We love traveling to tropical destinations full of water activities near a beach and a local watering hole with cold drinks near by.

This house is locate in one of the best location in town. It’s close to downtown and Chico State and a one few blocks from Bidwell Park! It’s very easy to access the free way and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Our Vacation Villa boast a beautiful back yard with a big pool and in ground jacuzzi. The home has been completely renovated with a beautiful kitchen that has all your needs. Two of the bed rooms have a king size bed while the front room has a bunk bed. The game room has foosball, board and arcade games as well as washer and dryer and sofa bed that pulls out into a queen size bed. The living room has a 65 in TV while the master bedroom and game room each have 55 in TVs. There is also a reading area in the corner of the living room as well as a desk for any kind of work or study area. This will be an awesome place to have fun in the backyard with the amazing pergola with lots of seating, a fire pit with 4 chairs and a outdoor dinning area for six and then a couple lounge chairs for basking in the sunshine.
