Fabulous villa, just out of the walls of Todi. Easy to walk into the town if you dont mind hils, no parking hassles. Pool was a real bonus, cats to keep us company. Would recommend to families and couples. Adele was lovely..

Sublime setting

This property is idyllic; it is just outside the ancient town walls and set in a sloping olive grove. The views all around are stunning. Unfortunately, we were sick when we visited and unable to see much of the surrounding area, but the place was very comfortable and the owner is lovely.

Wonderful Villa in Todi

The beautiful property in Umbria was the highlight of my trip! The photos do not even do it justice. The countryside is so lovely and peaceful, and Adele is the most delightful, kind property owner and most helpful. I will absolutely return to this property and recommend it to family and friends!

Amazing, beautiful property, and warm friendly owner.

This stay exceeded our expectations. This amazing property was perched on the side of a hill just below the old city walls and we were able to walk everywhere. The owner was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Casa Del Peri was a unique property with spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and patios, olive grove and a variety of trees and plants. Breathtaking views of the countryside, rich with history and uniqueness. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

A very warm welcome from Adele started a wonderful week in this beautiful property just outside the city walls. Immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful property in a lovely area

My sister, husband and I stayed for a week in October and is was perfect. The location in Todi was very convenient as a home base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations were very comfortable. They were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The property is stunningly landscaped with breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside, a beautiful pool to enjoy, and very close to town. Adele, our host, could not have been better. She was very helpful with information about the area, answering our questions and offering suggestions, and a delight to talk with.

Amazing experience!

I would recommend this apartment without hesitation! Our experience at the house and touring the surrounding countryside was amazing! The apartment is so comfortable and the property on which the apartment is located is so incredibly beautiful. The location is ideally situated with access to grocery stores, a short work to Todi and allows for easy car rides to other towns in the Umbria region. Sleeping was very comfortable (the air conditioning is amazing and the beds are very comfortable). It is like paradise! Adele, thank you for your high level of professionalism and attention to detail, you r property is beautiful!

Where do I start? The property is gorgeous, in a great location on the edge of town, with beautiful olive grove surroundings, and with wonderful vistas over rolling countryside. It’s spacious and well-appointed, although the kitchen is quite small (but then again, Todi is full of good places to eat out). Large, well-equipped bathrooms, comfy beds, a swimming pool that I really SHOULD have used (and hey, I would have, but it WAS late October), and all sorts of places to sit outside – I imagine the gardens would be utter paradise in the summer. And then there is Adele, who is a cordial and welcoming superhost, with just the right touch – hands on but not intrusive in any way. She went into action within seconds when the toaster terminated its contract, and a new toaster appeared within minutes: she is a delightful force of nature. What else is there? Three friendly cats on the property, who all swear blindly that Adele doesn’t feed them enough (she does – cats lie a lot). A slightly scary drive in and out – yes, it is steep, and Google Streetview does not prepare you for the first time, although it gets progressively easier. Todi itself is very attractive, and is a great base for touring Central Umbria: Spello, Spoleto, Deruta, Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, and Orvieto are all within striking distance. Strongly recommended! Many thanks, Adele, for the loan of the place for a week!

Kleines Paradies mitten in Umbrien

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch inmitten von Oliven- und Obstbäumen direkt unterhalb der Altstadt von Todi mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang über den umliegenden Tälern. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im OG verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad, im EG befindet sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit kleiner, aber vollständig ausgestatteter Küche - alles super sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal mitten in Umbrien, mit dem Auto lassen sich Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Terni, Narni, Orvieto innerhalb von maximal einer Stunde erreichen. Schön und sehenswert ist aber auch Todi selbst. Für Selbstversorger gibt es mehrere Bäckereien (mit kleinem Café) und einen Supermarkt oben im Ort, sowie einen großen Supermarkt unten im Tal. Adele ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die nebenbei bemerkt hervorragend Deutsch spricht. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Osterurlaub mit viel Sonne!

Das Haus liegt auf einem idyllischen, gepflegten Grundstück. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Der Garten bietet viele schöne An- und Ausblicke und der Pool ist prima. Das beste ist aber die Vermieterin Adele - ein kleines Sprachwunder - die Verständigung in Deutsch oder in Englisch ist kein Problem und sie ist auch immer erreichbar (wohnt auf dem Grundstück). Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Adele und ihre Familie!

The apartment is close to town in Todí, however, the path to the city is steep and requires a certain level of fitness. the apartment is very comfortable and equipped with all necessary things. It is beautifully situated in an olive grove and there are beautiful places (terraces), that can be used outside. Adele is a very friendly hostess und we enjoyed our stay very much. We can highly recommend this apartment.

A beautiful house in Todi with amazing views and outstanding host!

The trip of a lifetime! Our host, Adele, was most gracious helping us with dinner reservations and so much more! A beautiful property with a view of the Umbrian Mountains and rolling hills. Todi’s history is fascinating from the Umbrians to the Estruscans to the Romans! We toured Assisi, Orvieto and saw the under ground city, took a cooking class through Viator in Spoleto, walk the AMAZING Roman ruins of Carsulae - must see! Adele’s property also has an absolutely beautiful peaceful pool overlooking the Umbrian countyside to enjoy after a day of touring ! If you want the quintessential Italy experience, look no further than Adele’s beautiful home amist the olive groves!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll uns hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum und bietet neben einem sehr schönen Pool auch viele lauschige und schattige Rückzugsorte. Ein Supermarkt mit hervorragender Auswahl ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass die beeindruckende Stadt mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar war. Adele ist eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns auch bei medizinischen Problemen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden ist. Vielen Dank liebe Adele! Alloggio posizionato in una bella posizione con un'ottima vista sulle colline di Todi e molto comodo al centro di quest'ultimo. L'appartamento è ben arredato e ben allestito in ogni dettaglio. La signora Adele è stata molto ospitale ed attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. Dispiace, vista la stagione, di non aver potuto usufruire di tutte le dotazioni esterne presenti nel giardino e intorno a tutta la proprietà, ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuol godersi uno spicchio di tranquillità in questa zona verde dell'Umbria.

Outstanding apartment.

This apartment is in a relatively new stone building on a very private and attractive property with a small olive grove and fruit orchard. It is super clean and inviting . The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped with a 5 burner cooktop including a high intensity pasta burner. There are pleasant places to sit outside, both right outside the apartment door and elsewhere on the property. The bathrooms are spacious and modern with quality fixtures. The windows have screens, which we greatly appreciate. Adele is a wonderful and warm hostess, who speaks excellent English. She was very welcoming and attentive. The house information book was very complete with helpful information on the area and nearby food shopping. Todi (a short walk away) is a beautifully preserved, prosperous mid-sized hill town full of character with nice shops and restaurants.

Beautiful country house!

We rented the beautiful 2 story apartment for 4 nights on an olive farm. It is lovely and just outside one of the gates of Todi. Wonderful base to explore Umbria. Adele was great to work with and some day we home to return.

The Villa was built in 2006 by our family, on the site of an old Umbrian farm. Our family has lived in Todi for 3 generations. Our grandfather first built his home in the center of Todi. Our father has built this Villa. The owners, Francesco and his wife Alessandra got married in Todi and now live in Milan.
Francesco, the owner, is a scientist and also a painter. He loves to spend in Todi some days in spring and fall to paint the beautiful views from this house. Our family built this house in order to be our vacation home, caring for every detail and loving every corner of it. We welcome our guests very warmly and we are excited that they can enjoy our home. The first floor apartment is owned by Giovanni, brother of Francesco.

This property is unique. It i surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. Still it is walking distance from the center of the city of Todi. It is ideal for people who like doing cultural, artistic and religious tourism in Umbria and Tuscany. It is ideal in the summer (breezy and not too hot), in the fall (harvesting season) in the winter (for the wonderful holidays decorations and activities in the small umbrian towns) and in the spring (a great time to be in Todi).
