Perfect for families and groups, this spacious three-level condo comfortably sleeps 8+ and features a bright open living area with large windows, stunning views, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, games, toys, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and dining space for gathering together. 

Sleeping arrangements include a loft primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, Smart TV, and room-darkening shades, a lower-level queen bedroom with ensuite bath and Smart TV, and a bunk room with full-over-full bunks and Smart TV, plus two sofa beds available upon request. 

Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, highchair, baby gate, baby bathtub, Baby Bjorn, and kid-friendly dinnerware. Step onto the private balcony to grill on the BBQ and take in beautiful Rocky Mountain sunsets. 

Guests enjoy free parking directly in front of the condo, keyless self check-in, in-unit laundry, and complimentary access to the Meadow Ridge Clubhouse across the street with a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and basketball courts. 

The free shuttle to Winter Park Resort is within walking distance for easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, dining, and year-round events. Nearby highlights include Granby Ranch Golf Course, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, Grand Lake, Fraser River Trail, Devil’s Thumb Pass, and countless outdoor adventures. 

Parking for up to two vehicles. Please note this is a three-floor end unit with stairs required for entry. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Ski and snowboard gear must be stored in the secure outdoor locker, and ski boots are not permitted inside.

The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate.  We do review pets on a case-by-case basis and have a pet fee of $125. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance.
