The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The place was in a perfect location and beautiful views. I think the reason I am taking a 4/5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have expected and they had snacks in a basket for guest but they were expired in 2024, so a little bit more of attention to those details and this place would be a 5/5.

Wonderful mountain getaway

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in the Rendezvous community. Great location overlooking Winter Park, nestled between the small towns of Winter Park and Fraser. Close to everything- hiking trails, mountain biking trails, Fraser River, restaurants, ski resort, and stores. Very comfortable townhouse, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Loved every part of our visit!!!

Ski Vacation

Clean and tidy house close to Winterpark ski resort. Neighborhood dogs leave messes! Driveway was very icy and slippery and had not been cleared recently. Overall a convenient house close to the slopes with nice amenities. A hot tub would be an excellent addition

Jeff we are sorry you felt the cleaning was not up to par. We asked the cleaning crew to return and focus on the things you mentioned. We regret that we could not have addressed the issue while you were still at the house. We always send a message the morning after check-in to see what we can do to make sure your stay is exceptional but we didn’t get a response to that message. I stayed at the house for 3 weeks just prior to your stay and checked out the same day as your check in. The only thing I can think of that may have created extra dust was that we had a handyman come in to sand the butcher block and install new vertical window panels and he arrived after the cleaners were finished and most likely did not check the light fixture or ceiling fan. We appreciate you letting us know so we could have them go back before another guest arrives but again we missed the opportunity to improve your stay. We also have a sign with a QR code in the kitchen so guests can let us know specifically about the cleaning on arrival so we can address any issues right away. We hope you will come back again.
