Casa Aixha is a charming house with 9 villas, hosting up to 20 guests. A peaceful beach is just a 5-minute walk away. From the upper floors, the sunsets are simply stunning. The house offers a peaceful and welcoming space, perfect for family vacations or friends gathering to enjoy time together.

· Sunbeds and lounge : Comfortable sunbeds and lounge chairs are set around the pool, with pool / beach towels provided.

? Kitchen:
The outdoor kitchen is ready for simple meals, with a fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, induction stove, and all the basics you need. A dining table seats 6 to 8 guests and additional tables and chairs are available to rent if needed.

?️ Parking: On-street parking in a quiet area, monitored by security cameras + 2 spots inside the property

POWER OUTAGES: Puerto is a small, developing town. This means that temporary power outages may occasionally occur. The house uses a hydropneumatics system, so when the electricity goes out, there is no water. The electricity company often performs upgrades and doesn’t always notify the exact times. If it happens, please be patient: service usually comes back within 10 to 15 minutes. If not, let your host know so we can follow up. Please note that we do not have an electric generator.

WILDLIFE: We are in a tropical area. We fumigate regularly to keep the space clean, but you might still see the occasional bug. If you need guidance or assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

REPORTING ISSUES: If something in the house isn’t working properly (such as the fridge, A/C, fans, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible. We want you to have a comfortable stay and will resolve any issue quickly.

NOISE: After 11:00 p.m., there should be no noise or music that could disturb the neighbors. This is a rule set by local authorities. Breaking it may result in fines, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the environment peaceful and harmonious.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
NOISE: Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times, out of consideration for our neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and large speakers are prohibited.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
Failure to follow these rules may result in fines.
