Nestled in Tolleson, this delightful house boasts 4 lovely queen bedrooms, each equipped with heating and AC for an excellent night's sleep. With 4 bedrooms featuring bathtubs and hair dryers, guests can freshen up in style. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Tolleson and our house has to offer.
Guest Information & House Rules
Check-in / Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Late or same-day requests may incur a $30 fee. Door codes are sent only to the booking guest with a valid photo ID.
Guest Count: All overnight guests must be included in the reservation to ensure adequate supplies. If you are renting the property on behalf of an employee and are not staying there yourself, please ensure all guests who will be sleeping in the home are included in the reservation. This helps us prepare for your stay by providing the appropriate towels, linens, and other necessities.
No Parties / Events: This is not a party house. Violations may result in immediate eviction and fees of $150–$200 or cost of damages.
Smoke-Free & No Pet Policy: Please note this property is now a vape/smoke/drug-free environment due to the constant disregard for proper cigarette butt disposal. However, if smoking is unavoidable, kindly do so in the backyard or off the premises and responsibly dispose of all cigarette butts. If any smoke ash or residue are detected within the home, or the common areas, a $150 charge or the cost of the damage, whichever is greater, may lead to potential eviction.
Initial essentials: We provide a complimentary starter supply of household essentials to help you settle in comfortably. As this is a privately managed home (not a hotel), any additional supplies needed during your stay, including personal care items, preferred brands, or food, are the guest’s responsibility. If a property-related item needs replacement (e.g., a propane refill or light bulbs), please message us for approval first. Approved purchases will be reimbursed upon receipt submission through the platform messaging system.
Cleaning: Standard cleaning provided. Deep cleaning (6–8 hours) available for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for spills, pet waste, or excessive messes. Standard cleaning does not include deep appliance or window cleaning.
Property Layout & Care: Please return furniture and decor to original positions before departure. Any personal items added must be removed unless approved. Shoes are allowed but avoid carpeted areas to prevent stains.
Trash & Recycling: Pickup takes place Monday mornings, so please roll the bins to the curb Sunday evening to ensure timely collection. If your stay continues past Monday, we kindly ask that you bring the bins back in by Monday evening. Thanks so much for your help in keeping things tidy—we truly appreciate it!
Mail & Packages: Amazon and food deliveries are permitted at the front door. Per the homeowners request, we cannot retrieve mailbox deliveries to this rental property. Registering bank accounts, credit cards, national insurance, and similar activities are strictly prohibited. If a package must be delivered, we recommend using the local UPS, FedEx, or the post office, as all mailbox deliveries won't be received. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining property integrity and a smooth experience. Thank you for your understanding.
Liability & Safety: Guests assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illness during the stay. The home is not disability-friendly; two stories with stairs.
AC Usage: During the summer months in AZ, the heat is extremely brutal on AC units. Due to ongoing excessive AC usage and guests' lack of consideration for energy costs during the summer months, the homeowner kindly requests that guests raise the thermostat to 80°F when leaving the property for extended periods, following HVAC and energy efficiency best practices. This approach helps reduce high energy bills and unnecessary AC wear, and prevents costly AC repairs that might be charged to the booking account. Close blinds during the day to block out the sun and feel free to use the portable and ceiling fans to enhance airflow and comfort. The homeowner will pay up to $250 for the energy bill; however, any extra energy costs will be on the guest to pay. We sincerely appreciate your efforts to help protect against rising costs in today's economy.
Confirmation & Compliance: Upon confirming a reservation, this acknowledges that you have read and consented to all the House Rules and policies for the home. You also agree that if you are booking on behalf of another guest or employee, you remain fully responsible for any fines, damages, or issues incurred during their stay. Any such charges will be applied to your booking account. Furthermore, you also agree to check and respond to all host communications via the VRBO chat. This ensures timely communication regarding HOA warnings, maintenance technician arrivals, Smart-Lock errors or other property updates and guarantees that all issues and resolutions are properly documented.
