You’re just a short drive from some of Phoenix’s best restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, sports venues, and nightlife, with easy access to Roosevelt Row, museums, and local events. One of my favorite things about the area is how convenient it is to explore different parts of the city while still feeling calm and laid-back. There’s always something happening nearby, from live music and art shows to amazing sunsets and patio weather almost year-round.
