Nicholas was fantastic! The property was above my expectations. This was by far the best appointed property I have stayed at. The kitchen was VERY well supplied. I've never seen plastic wrap, foil or so many spices in a rental. I felt very safe there.

Outstanding communication is provided by the host. The home is pristine, and the house is well stocked with amenities such as a few snacks, chilled water, dog bags, laundry soap, and bathroom sundries. The home also possesses a wonderful backyard if you're traveling with fur babies. The house was comfortably air-conditioned before we arrived (114 outside), and the furniture was amazingly comfortable including the beds. The three of us slept soundly. The host is tech-savvy with QR codes for Wifi and door key codes. This is a clean, well-equipped home. We will most assuredly stay again while visiting our family in the area.

Host was super nice, accommodating and responsive. Yard was great for dogs. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Loved the water fill on the coffee pot. Place was clean. Only recommendation would be to replace carpeted areas with hard flooring since pet-friendly place and replace some light bulbs in house with warmer light.
