Newly renovated 4BR coastal retreat with private pool, ocean-view balconies, and easily walkable location in Surf City. Just steps from beach access, this dog-friendly home sleeps 10 and features a stylish interior, game lounge, fully stocked kitchen, fenced yard, and thoughtful extras like HEPA air purifiers, sound machines, and pool/beach gear. Perfect for families, remote work, and relaxing in the sun! Note: For your safety, exterior cameras at the front door and back deck (facing yard only).

This property is professionally managed by Blue Anchor Property Management.

This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!
No smoking or vaping allowed.

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide a valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests who are not related must be 30 years old, and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management; no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. No cats or other pets except dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each. If the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Very nice property. It was clean and had obviously been updated recently. There were a few minor issues, but the property company was always very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This home has everything you need and more. They have thought of everything and the little things too. Views of the ocean, super clean throughout the home, basement was so nice to have , gated pool and privacy fence were so nice to have with kids and dog. Outdoor shower was the best with hot water too. Beds very comfortable, nice family room and kitchen had everything you need. Regular coffee maker instead of Kureg was a nice touch. Everthing matched what was listed. 5 min or less walk to the beach.

Fabulous Family Home

We have older children, one married and two single. We booked this house because it was pet friendly and had a pool and also close to the beach.When arriving we were met with a very nice family room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was lovely, from the updated decor to the pool area. It has a great covered back porch with views of the ocean.. The location was nice as we had family in North Topsail and was a short drive from them. Also there are great restaurants and other things to do close by. This was probably one of our favorite houses we have stayed at and it was also our first time in Surf City. We would definitely stay here again.
