Luxury Lookout

This pet friendly 1300 sqft modern home is built directly on the beach and has large picture windows bringing in stunning views of Hood Canal, the Olympic Mountains, amazing wildlife and rainbows. The home is spacious, bright, modern and very comfortable.

The bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Tuft & Needle California King bed and a Queen sofa bed. The master bathroom has a large shower and soaking tub with views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains (be prepared for spa vibes!) There is a balcony with comfortable chairs, sun chairs, and a motorized awning and infrared heater for added comfort.

The downstairs has a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware, a dining high-table with 4 chairs, a 4K TV with a wide entertainment system (Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime) and sound system, a Natuzzi (Queen) sleeper sofa, single ottoman bed bathroom with shower, a comfy swivel arm chair, gas fireplace, and an office desk. There is also a Pack N’ Play for babies and small children.

Just outside on the lower level there is a private patio with an outdoor 4 person table, a private hot tub, private wood fire pit, and sun chairs. A vegetation privacy wall provides privacy from the other rental. The dock, kayaks and paddle boards are shared between the two rental properties. Life vests for infants, children and adults are available in each home.

This home allows for a comfortable indoor temperature year round with its gas fireplace and central heat pump with A/C.

High speed internet with reliable Wi-Fi 6.0

Well behaved animals are allowed with approval by the Host.

Spectacular views inside (huge windows) and out! Love the dock access! Stayed in winter so was cold but partial sun! Loved the snow on the mountains….. Sea, Evergreens and Mountains…WOW! Also lots of seals and birds passing by right in front of us.

Spectacular view

Perfect setting for our 5 day stay in May 2025. Pictures don't do justice of the views from both floors. The hosts were exceptional. We highly recommend this rental!

Absolute delight

We thoroughly enjoyed all the offerings, including the kayaks, hot tub, exterio awnings, and inviting bathtub with canal view. Great for 2 people. Things were clean and Amendment were high quality.

Stunning Views

My husband and I were blown away with the views from this vacation rental from the minute we walked in. You really do feel like you're on a houseboat. It was an absolute treat to sit at the large picture windows and watch the harbor seals. We enjoyed lounging on the upper deck and the lower patio and we were fortunate to experience gorgeous sunsets each night. The home was well stocked for our four night stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved it!

Spectacular views of the Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains!

We enjoyed our lovely stay on the Hood Canal. Your home and location had everything we needed and more! We savored the amazing views in the morning while sipping coffee on the upper deck and in the evenings warming by the firepit and in the hot tub. We kayaked off the large shared dock and hiked daily in the surrounding areas. We loved the restaurants, shops and music in the local town of Union and Hoodsport was just a short drive away. Don't miss a stop at Hama Hama Oyster Salon for a great experience! We hope to come back with the family and rent your home next door as well.

Outstanding property

This house is amazing! Beautiful views of gorgeous hood Canal. The bedding is luxurious and the kitchen is stocked well. The fireplace and spa are wonderful additions. Having access to the dock with chairs and kayaks really added to the fun. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Host is very responsive and easy to work with too.

Work getaway

The Property is truly amazing and the owners were sensational to work with. They were extremely responsive. The VRBO was simply breath taking, with the views and access to the Hood Canal. The friendly sea lion I thought came with it....Stayed on the dock daily, even while sitting in chairs five feet away. Definitely will return for sure!

Oyster Haven!

A must property to spend for several days.! The house is just right for a couple. Everything very clean and comfortable. Could use larger frying pans, and metal spatulas. The view of the from the master bedroom unbelievable. Olympics mountains view spectacular. Sea lions, bald eagles and more on a daily basis. Looking forward to a retytrip for sure!

Stunning view!!!

What a stunning view!!! Right when you walk in top floor is the large open double panel windows. In additional to the resort feel of all the high-end finishing of the bathroom, standbup shower and bath tub over looking the view of Hood Canal🙌 Walk to the main lower floor is a gourmet. kitchen and the endless large open windows!!! The list goes on, this is a must to visit/see inperson!!!

Hood Canal Getaway

My wife and I had 4 awesome nights at this beautiful house. Everybody talks about the views and they are correct. Best we have had and we have stayed in a lot of VRBo’s. Really enjoyed the area, the park, and some good seafood. I even got lucky and caught a fish. We really loved sitting on the deck around the fire and staring at the mountains. We have talked about coming back.

Great space

Our group of 10 spent a summer weekend renting both houses and the space was a perfect oasis. We kayaked and sunbathed on the private dock, used the bbq in the common courtyard, and watched the stars from the hot tub on the deck. Communication with the owners was very efficient and parking at the houses was plentiful. Will definitely be staying here again!

Paradise views

Awesome place and they allow small dogs. Impeccably clean and if you like crabs and oysters they are plentiful. Amazing view. Only issue I had was walking dog. The beach is a little too small to walk the dog so you do end up walking the dog along the highway. Love the place. We will be back.

Our best experience yet!

We frequently use Vrbo to book our vacations and this stay was by far out favorite that we have ever done. This property is truly something special and we wish we could have stayed longer. The views are immaculate from every room in the house. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenware was all very high quality and had everything we needed to do some light cooking. The check out instructions were more than reasonable. 10/10 would come again and encourage all of my friends to do so as well!

Fantastic property, amenities need to be updated

This is an excellent property. Our family loves any adventure that includes the outdoors. One suggestion we would offer is to update amenities available: (e.g. there was no wood for the fire pit, no kayaks/paddleboard. Pantry items were missing)

Gorgeous!

The view is absolutely gorgeous. I loved to just sit and appreciate the view, the changing light, moving clouds, the tides; it was amazing. The property itself is also gorgeous. Really clean, high-end property and furnishings. And so many windows! So you can enjoy the view no matter the weather. I would frequently see Harbor seals in the evenings in the water right in front of the property. I watched a Kingfisher catching fish by the dock. Hood canal was quieter than I expected for a July weekend and that was nice. Do be aware that you will be sharing some of the amenities with the "big house" next door. I was surprised and concerned when I checked in and there were 5 cars parked next to the unit! I thought it was probably a party and was going to be loud, but it wasn't. The property has everything and it is extremely comfortable also. You are very close to the road, but the sound proofing is very good, and it didn't bother me at all. It is a great location, you can watch the sunset from the deck or balcony, and at least in summer, you can watch the sunrise from the dock area. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family trip!

We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful house after visiting the national parks. One of our favorite activities was kayaking in the morning when the water was smooth as glass. The water is so clear we saw hundreds of crabs, starfish, and my husband was thrilled to see so many fresh oysters! They were delicious!! We also loved sitting in the hot tub and enjoyed the spectacular view of the water and mountains. Wonderful house, we highly recommend it!
