Private Lakefront Cottage with Panoramic Views
Relax and enjoy our private retreat, located on 12 waterfront acres on Hyco Lake. This three (3) bedroom house has been completely renovated in 2021 and features a NEW 1800 square foot boathouse. House features wrap-around porch with wide, 180-degree views of the main channel!!
The space
Feel at home with high ceilings and open kitchen/dining/living space overlooking beautiful views of the water. The home has first floor bedrooms with queen beds. A staircase leads to a loft space with two twin beds and a pull-out full bed. Take in the view from Adirondacks on the deck or sit in the shade of a screened-in porch off the kitchen.
Other things to note
The lot is fairly steep. A gravel path leads from the house to the bottom of the yard and lake. Feel free to contact the Hyco Lake Marina or if you would like to rent a boat during your stay
