Great Stay!

We had a fantastic week in this house. Perfect location, right on the beach and secluded. Perfect place to relax and make memories with friends.

Beautiful Scenic Views

Views from property was beautiful loved the area. But property it self now well maintained it kept up. Living room slider blinds missing only 5 blind pieces. Leaking window and doors during rain. And mold on ceiling in master bath above toilet area. And had sugar ants issue.

Loved the location.

The house was good and we really liked the location. Quite, away from the crowds at Gulf Shores. However the house does need some attention. There were nails coming up on the deck that you had tp watch out for if barefoot, the railings on the top deck are in need of replacing, and the lamp in the master bedroom had a bulb broken off in it. We reported the lamp to management and were told someone would come and fix it but to our knowledge no one ever came.

It is far enough away to be relaxing but still close enough if you want to go souvenir shopping. Island dream house

The house was in a good location but the fridge was rusty. Also the utensils were dirty in drawers. The showers were really stained. And the biggest problem was the master shower started leaking down thru the ceiling on the lower level and had to stop using it.

Loved the privacy, my wife thought the home needed the interior updated. The refrigerator could use a paint touch up. Entering the first floor the first thing you see is the refrigerator with all that rust! Not a great first impression.

The view was beautiful minus the oil rigs, but nothing can be done about that! We enjoyed the house. Some things could be updated/fixed to make for a more enjoyable stay. The water and ice don't work on the refrigerator and the refrigerator has rust all on one side. Also, the door going outside upstairs to the balcony sticks and the knob easily falls off. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. If we stay on Fort Morgan Rd again, we probably will try somewhere new.

Island Dream West

We had a great time at the Island Dream West beach house. The kids loved the more private beach to roam around and play in the sand and water. My husband got stuck on the upper balcony in the heat and the lower deck light fixture had broken prior to our arrival at the house all in the same day. The upper deck door has a metal piece on the door frame that sticks out too far and the door handle fell off and we weren’t able to get our swimming trunks or water shoes off of the deck that day for a few hours. We would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a semi-private getaway. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and Reed management responded within minutes of us calling when needed. Thank you for having us as guests and we will be back.

Sand was great. But a lot of trash was being left in the beach. A lot of algae in the water

Great for larger groups

Went for my in-laws first time to the gulf. There were 6 adults and we all slept comfortably. Proximity to the beach is perfect. Even being 8mo. pregnant I was able to go to the water and back as needed. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware if you are traveling with elderly members or small children that could be at risk of falling. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this house and wouldn’t be surprised if I stayed again!

4th of July

This was a very short trip with my 5 Grandsons three of which are one year olds. We had a great time. There was plenty of room for all.
