Great property for a big group. Plenty of beds and seating. Kitchen was stocked with a large supply of dishes and silverware. Beautiful view!

Perfection with an ocean view

Our group of nine ranged in age from 84 down to 4 and this condo was comfortable for all. The labels helped my mother and aunt with dementia to find items in the kitchen. My husband loved cooking with the hexclad. The kids were amazed by the bunkbed and books in the shelf. Everything had been thought out and planned for. We would love to stay again in the future and will keep an eye on the flight schedule in and out of Nashville.

Amazing stay, clean, well stocked, beautiful view!

This room was perfect and clean!! Thoughtful owners provided the little things like filters for coffee maker, dish soap, garbage bags, fabric softener and detergent. Fully stocked kitchen with wonderful appliances and pans. Laundry baskets were in every room which was so thoughtful. Vacuum was helpful for light cleaning through the week. Everything was labeled so you weren’t guessing what light switches were. Bedding was wonderful and comfortable. Couch and chairs were so comfortable. Furnished beautifully and the walls were beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!!

We usually vacation further east on the Alabama and/or Florida gulf coasts, so this was a gamble we took for proximity and shorter travel time. We were so pleasantly surprised by the beauty and cleanliness of this beach and the entire property. The grounds, pools and clubhouse are well maintained and well staffed. The amenities poolside are excellent and so convenient. Bristol 1805 was spacious, immaculately clean, and well furnished for a family of 8 adults and 2 children. The balcony is expansive and also well furnished for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything about this condo and the larger property it sits on gave tremendous value for a fraction of the costs of similar settings along 30a. We were very pleased and will return.
