Bedrooms and bathrooms are not/will not be updated. Bedrooms are carpeted and have original wall paper. Bathrooms host original fixtures, tile, and wall paper.

Guests will appreciate the convenient location across from the Fairway Dunes community pool (open April–end of September) and tennis/pickleball courts (please bring your own equipment). The nearest beach access is just a short bike ride or about a 6-minute walk away.

Two balconies, a deck, and a screened porch provide multiple areas to relax outdoors
Filtered views through the live oaks of the newly redesigned Links Golf Course fairway (tee times available for a fee)

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
