The Space:

Relax at our charming Clear Lake home on North Shore Drive. This property features three sleeping areas with a queen bed, a single bed, and a floor mattress. The house includes a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a private balcony, and laundry facilities. With direct lake access, it is the perfect spot for families to enjoy water sports and a peaceful getaway.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to this entire lakefront home with its own entrance. Enjoy three bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living space. Relax on your private balcony or use the direct lake access for recreation. You also have full use of the laundry room and free parking on the premises.

Located on North Shore Drive, our home is the ideal base for exploring Clear Lake. You are minutes from the heart of the community, blending small town charm with lakeside recreation. A five minute drive brings you to downtown boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The legendary Surf Ballroom is also nearby. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to City Park and public beaches, both reachable within eight minutes by car or a bike ride along the shoreline trails. Bike-Friendly: The area has smooth bike paths and lake trails perfect for exploring Clear Lake’s charming neighborhoods and shoreline.

The minimum stay for this property is 14 days, and we’re unable to accept bookings shorter than 14 days. This helps us maintain the quality and consistency of each stay.



In addition, as part of the HOA policy, we kindly ask that you provide your car plate number before arrival to ensure smooth check-in and compliance with community rules.



We’re happy to host your furry friend! We allow one pet under 50 lbs (23 kg) with a $250 fee per stay. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and mentioned in your booking message. Please keep them off the furniture and beds, clean up after them outside, and make sure they’re crated if left alone.
