Bring your company of up to 13 people, enjoy being close, and yet having some level of separate space. Three units on the first floor in a nine unit three story building. There is eight units that can be booked for a total of 27 people.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on the week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with us. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee.
6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have the hood .
