The home includes a washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TV for your convenience.

Optional pool heating fee $45/day; $280/week or $1050/month. Note that while we do keep the pool at 85 degrees, when overnight temperatures drop into the 50s we cannot guarantee the temperature can be reached and maintained.

There is no fee for the hot tub. The hot tub runs from 6PM-9PM daily. If guest would like, they can request a schedule adjustment of the owner.

Children & pets must be monitored around the water & in the backyard for safety due to the pool & spa. Guests must use the pool & spa at their own risk. Home owners & manager are not liable for injuries.

There is an auto-close/locked gate entering the pool area with complete fence enclosure, as well as a secondary auto close/high handle on the slider door to the outside for child and pet safety.
