Minimum interaction with guests. We will do a quick orientation with the guests upon check in. We hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will have a guidebook of attractions, and restaurants at the property.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

If you aren't driving, then Uber would be the best bet. It's pretty reasonably priced to get anywhere on the Strip.

The pool can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund.
