Bedroom 2 features a cozy queen bed, and the Guest Bedroom offers a queen plus two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together — and there’s no sofa sleeper here, so every guest has a real bed.

The property is amazing. This 3 bed 3 bath is great for small and large groups, plenty of room to hangout in the morning and after a day of being on the mountain. It’s a quick walk to peak 9, downtown, and there’s a gas at station right behind it for quick things.

First, I would like to share the experience working with Kirk. He was very responsive to our questions, extremely timely with getting back to us, an honest, friendly host -- actually one the best host I have worked with in the past 10-15 years. He is phenomenal.Regarding the condo itself -- very nice, appointed condo with everything one would need during your stay. High-quality finishes, desirable amenities, stylish decor, and modern appliances. Location is perfect if you are looking for ease of skiing, dining and shopping. The activities area of the condo (games room, work-out area, steam room) adds much to the experience.Would highly recommend this property and Kirk to family and friends.

Great stay! Everything from booking to checkout was super smooth. Location can’t be beat. Easy walk to quicksilver superchair for the mountains and super close to everything on Main Street. We walked everywhere but Freeride bus is just outside the complex gate if needed. Unit was super clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for cooking in. Brand new hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Communication was great with the host. Checked in the whole trip to see if we needed anything. Gave us everything from rental discounts to restaurant recommendations and best happy hours! Highly recommend!

Before entering the business world, I worked as a chef, bartender, and waiter, which taught me firsthand how to create exceptional guest experiences. I host the way I like to be hosted—with intention, quality, and no cut corners. The Breckenridge Mountain View Getaway is a reflection of that. It’s tucked on the south edge of town, which means quieter nights, quicker trail access, and the rare luxury of not needing a car. I park in the heated garage and step into adventure from my front door. It reminds me of ski towns in Europe—walkable, beautiful, and built for freedom.
