Welcome to my charming short-term rental in Charlotte—ideal for Carowinds enthusiasts, newcomers, or visitors.
Conveniently located near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Carowinds amusement park, diverse restaurants, and top shopping spots at the nearby outlet mall. The Lynx light rail, just one mile away, offers easy access to uptown Charlotte.
Perfect for business or leisure. also, On a sidenote, the house you are renting t is the front house. I stay in the backyard area and will rarely be seen while you’re staying here unless you need something.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s conveniently close to the freeway and airport, with Carowinds amusement park and an outlet mall nearby for fun outings. It’s also about 2 miles from the Lynx light rail, which connects easily to uptown Charlotte. Very accessible, but not in the heart of the action.

What makes this property unique? Well, there are a couple of standout features. First, I actually live on-site in a cozy tiny home in the backyard—I keep things private and low-key, but you might spot my truck parked nearby or see me coming and going through the side gate. Second, the location is incredibly convenient: we’re just one mile from the freeway, making it a breeze to hop on and head anywhere you need to go.
