The living area features overstuffed leather couches, thick wool rugs, original wood accents, a decorative fireplace, and thoughtful touches to make your stay relaxing. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen and eating in the elegant dining room. Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with soft bedside lighting, velvet blackout curtains, and down comforters for restful nights.

Sun lovers, rejoice! Huge original windows fill the house with natural light, and an east-facing sunroom with surround windows makes the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. The upper sundeck offers a semi-private lounge area overlooking mature trees and is outfitted with oversized ottomans and chairs for relaxing in the sun. Watch butterflies in the native pollinator garden from the comfort of the covered front porch.

We are Josh and Joanna, owners of a lovingly updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in Grand Rapids. Over the past four years, we have poured care and attention into making the house both comfortable and full of character; it is a house we plan to retire in someday. We are available during business hours to assist with anything you need, and we also have a trusted property maintenance company on call 24/7 for any emergencies. Our goal is to make your stay smooth, enjoyable, and completely worry-free.

We have rented several fully furnished, mid-term properties ourselves (as tenants) while Joanna was doing short stints as a travel PT and Josh was working remote before we moved to Grand Rapids. We know from personal experience what amenities are most important for mid-term renters.

We take pride in offering a home that feels cared for and thoughtfully maintained. We know how important it is to have a comfortable, reliable place to land, especially for traveling professionals, so we do our best to make everything seamless from move-in to move-out. Were detail-oriented, communicative, and respectful of your privacy, but always just a message away if you need anything. Our goal is for you to feel completely at home while you are here.
