This updated home is 1 block away from the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids, MI. Large front porch with updated landscaping and night lighting, entry space with seating, spacious and cozy living room with 70in flat screen and LED fireplace. Eating area off the living room opens to a large kitchen with updated appliances and a huge deluxe island with ample seating for your group. A 1/2 bath off the kitchen, along with laundry room. The Game Room features Darts, mini Pac-Man, foosball, board games, books, and LED lighting.
Upstairs you'll find 2 full bathrooms, and 4 comfortably sized bedrooms (1 featuring an LED lighted bed). Be the first to experience this new listing with new furniture throughout, including memory foam mattresses in each bedroom.
