This beautiful beach cottage accommodates (12) twelve guests and is perfectly tucked away in the luxurious community of Crystal Beach which is a short 5-minute walk away from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of America. Our property comes with a private pool and spa and includes a 6-passenger golf cart! Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Our driveway will accommodate a 32-foot boat if you are a boat owner and want to BYOB (bring your own boat)!

Our home offers two (2) cozy kitchens which is every cook's dream, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a wet bar with a separate beer/wine cooler.

With an open concept living room on the bottom floor and top floor with modern plush furniture, you’ll find this is the perfect space for family and friends to gather together to create memories that will last a lifetime. For a little fresh Florida air, there is plenty of outdoor seating around the private pool with a natural gas grill for barbecuing!

Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun by the pool or sit on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets of Destin.

Destin is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one!

Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover.

Key Residence Features:
- Amenities include a private pool (pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee), TWO fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 6 flat-screen TVs, TWO living rooms, free WIFI, air conditioning and central heating, washer and dryer, linens, towels, and gas grill. We provide basic kitchen spices and amenities such as coffee, creamer, coffee filters, packets of sugar, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
- An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper and 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent
- A camera is located outside for additional security.
- We do offer a few beach chairs and beach umbrella.
- BEACH/POOL TOWELS ARE NOT OFFERED
- Driveway will accommodate 4-5 standard size vehicles.
