Picture yourself Poolside at this Lux Beach House with THE BEST LOCATION IN DESTIN ON SCENIC HWY 98 near Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, AND The Crab Trap! The "Cashmere Coconut" Beach House is a Dreamy Mediterranean Style home just one block from the beach, shops, restaurants, & nightlife of Scenic Hwy 98. **TWO of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the MAIN FLOOR! Picture yourself poolside in this Sweet 4.5 bed/3 bath home with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS that sleeps up to 15.

HEATED POOL and The Perfect Beach Getaway with the best amenities, including a private 26 x 13 pool as well as a community pool, Amazon Fire TV Stick & WiFi included. Street legal golf cart also available for rent and there is private beach access for fun in the Destin Sun.

"The Cashmere Coconut" is in a quaint neighborhood of Miramar Beach and the streets are lined with upscale luxurious beach cottages. This hot spot of Destin is probably the most sought after vacation location in the area. Scenic 98 curves past a unique blend of beach homes and hot spots like The Crab Trap -- a tourist favorite!

We offer a street legal battery powered golf cart at the property for rent to help you navigate the area without worrying about parking your car. This is not included in booking price and is an additional upgrade. Our cart is from Destin Golf Cart Rental and when you book it directly from them mention "Cashmere Coconut" to receive 10% off your rental! You must be 25 to lease and drive a street legal cart and an insurance lease agreement must be signed.

You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes as we are only a block to the Private, Gated Beach Access which is one of the many luxuries of staying in this gorgeous neighborhood. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided at the home.

If you're looking for a larger public beach the next beach east, James Lee Public Park, is also very accessible. There you will find public restrooms and showers, The Crab Trap Restaurant and Bar, and a large public beach with parking for golf carts.

It's easy to get back and forth from the beach to the house if you need to go back to freshen up your beverages, ice or use the facilities.

A pack n play is provided for small children.

Nearby you will also find Destin Commons, an outdoor lifestyle center with restaurants, boutiques, Rave motion pictures and a Bass Pro Shop. It’s often the epicenter of Destin with outdoor musical productions, dog costume contests and fun activities for kids like dancing water fountains and a bungee trampoline.

Very comfortable home. Well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond with answers to my questions. Beach towels and beach chairs are a big plus. House is clean and wonderfully decorated.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time on our trip! Bre was an excellent host. The house is very clean and I absolutely love the set up. Ideal for large groups where everyone is able to have their own space/bed. Great location especially if you’re able to rent a golf cart. Beach access is a short walk and we took the cart to dinner each night. It was a wonderful stress free weekend!

We absolutely loved staying at Coconut Cashmere! The host was always so responsive in answering my questions! The house was fantastic and very close to the beach! All the extras (beach chairs and pool accessories) we appreciated so we didn’t have to be purchase while there. We had 10 in our party and definitely had enough sleeping quarters and we never felt crowded! Thank you so much for your hospitality we are excited to return to Destin soon!

This property is perfect for a small group 8 to 10 it’s located near a large number of beach accesses restaurants and any store that you may need purchase supplies. The house while it appears small it very roomy and has all basic home needs. The pool is very well appointed and a true pleasure to enjoy

The house was beautiful with a perfect location; close private beach access as well as a short drive to public access at the Crab Trap. The available beach chairs and umbrellas was a very nice bonus and saved us money on having to rent them. The property manager Bre was amazing. She was extremely helpful and always responsive. My only surprise was that the only access from the back (pool) was the bedrooms. However, the pros definitely outweighed that one con and I would absolutely rent this house again.

The Cashmere Coconut Beach House was perfect for our family of 11. The grandkids loved having the pool. We were very happy with the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The golf cart was icing on the cake! Bre was awesome to work with, and will definitely stay again if we are back in Destin.

A Wonderful Vacation!

This was another wonderful family vacation! The beach house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our evening meals. We all loved the backyard pool when we returned from a day at the beach. We loved all the beachy color’s throughout the home and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hostess, Bre, checked in on us, via email, throughout our stay. This hostess and this beach house made our trip GREAT!

Great house with everything you will need. The golf cart was great. Never once did we use our vehicles. Easy access to everything we did by golf cart. Bre was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The pool was great and very clean. We would stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property in Destin

Our family goes to Florida every year on a family vacation. This year we went to Destin and absolutely loved this property. It was spacious enough for my family and in laws. Our teens loved the bunk beds. The private pool is perfect. Bre, the manager is so helpful and friendly. She always responds promptly. You are minutes away from the beach and lots of fun activities. Restaurants and stores are nearby. It’s a perfect location. We can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the Cashmere Coconut!

We had such a great week staying at the Cashmere Coconut. We were a group of 7, ranging in ages from 2 - 73, and the house was fantastic for all of us. We rented their golf cart, which I would highly recommend, and just loved the neighborhood that the house was in. Bre was FANTASTIC to work with. She even answered questions that I already had the answers to (which was totally my fault for missing) in a super speedy manner, which was so appreciated. Our entire family loved our stay/trip and we already can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at our stay! Bre was incredible to communicate with, quick answers, and so helpful! The house slept 13 girls comfortably. The pool heater was amazing at night when it was a little chilly outside, so worth it! Perfect location to the beach. So much to do in the area close by. Highly recommend this stay! We can’t wait to rebook for our next girls trip!

Amazing home away from home!

It was our family’s first trip to Destin and this beach home was definitely the frosting on the cake. Clean, comfortable for grandparents and teens. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach or a quick drop off with the golf cart rental. Close to restaurants and food delivery was accessible.

Our home has so many beautiful new updates since we purchased it last year including eclectic decor and colorful tropical vibes. Its also the absolute best location in Destin because you can walk to the beach but yet you can come back home and enjoy the private heated pool if the sand and sun gets to be too much.. or if you need a beverage refill or restroom break. We also love how easy it is to hop on the golf cart or in the car and be at all of the local hot spot restaurants in 5 minutes including The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's, The Surf Hut, The Whale's Tail, and Camille's. There truly is no better way to enjoy Destin then to be in this prime location to soak up the sunshine and all of the best beach vacation experiences.
